Founded by Kelly Rusbatch, a qualified Lead Auditor with over 25 years of cross-industry experience, Adaptable Quality helps small to medium businesses implement ISO management systems that actually work. Kelly also contributes as a volunteer technical advisor for Standards Australia and as a NATA technical assessor, keeping her at the forefront of industry trends. Her approach is practical, flexible, and grounded in ethics,  not administrative complexity.
